9/11 “Never Forget” Tribute Self-Timed Fitness Incentive

Every year September 11 is recognized as a date to reflect and honor those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.

To honor this date, complete the following self-timed “Never Forget” Tribute Workout, share your results and challenge others to do the same within the month of September.

 Start the timer - then:

1. Run stairs as fast as possible for 396 steps (22 flights of stairs) OR 1 lap around the track.

2. Perform 100 push-ups (rest as little as possible).

3. Run stairs as fast as possible for 396 steps (22 flights of stairs) OR 1 lap around the track.

4. Perform 100 prisoner squats (rest as little as possible).

5. Run stairs as fast as possible for 396 steps (22 flights of stairs) OR 1 lap around the track.

6. Perform 100 walking or stationary lunges (50 each leg).

7. Run stairs as fast as possible for 396 steps (22 flights of stairs) OR 1 lap around the track.

8. Perform 43 pull-ups or body rows (rest as little as possible).

9. Run stairs as fast as possible for 396 steps (22 flights of stairs) OR 1 lap around the track.

*You may use an elliptical, step-mill or other challenging cardio machine equivalent to perform the equivalent “stairs” distance.
