Program Dates & Workouts
Week 1: November 16 - 20, 2020
Week 2: November 23 - 27, 2020
Week 3: November 30 - December 4, 2020
Week 4: December 7 - 11, 2020
Week 5: December 14 - 18, 2020
· Participants will provide their starting weight and measurements to a Personal Trainer via form below.
· Easy to follow, daily NOFFS workouts (Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System) videos will be posted on the MWR Corpus Christi Facebook Page Monday & Thursday by 0500.
On Friday follow us for a Facebook live video at 1200.
· Daily Posted Workouts on Facebook
· Each Saturday, participants will submit their weight and measurements by via the registration form they registered on to track progress.
· An MWR certified trainer will follow-up with each of your status updates to ensure you stay on track!
· Top 3 Finishers (averaged most weight loss/inches lost relative to total body weight) will earn an at-home fitness accessory!
