Procedures for MWR Marketing requests:
1) All MWR Marketing requests for events or marketing material must be submitted online through the ServiceNow portal. https://cnicffr.servicenowservices.com
All marketing material must be developed through the Marketing Department. Program Managers are more than welcome to assist with font/graphic selection and make suggestions.
Once the Marketing Order is complete the Marketing Department will forward materials to the Program Manager for review/changes/approval.
2) Program Managers will then submit the PROGRAM PLANNING REPORT in a folder with a routing sheet stapled on the outside of the folder to the appropriate Recreation Director/CYP Director for their review and approval and then to the MWR Director for review and approval through the Administrative Assistant for tracking purposes. (Food and Beverage requests will be routed through the MWR Director only for approval.) The plan must be in a folder with routing sheet attached and must contain the program plan, program flyer, PO's pertaining to the event and any other pertinent document required for the program (safety approval/ ORM/JHA's). If the folder is incomplete it will not be reviewed and will be returned for required info. If there are questions or changes you will be asked to resubmit with additional info. Programs cannot be marketed with flyers or posted on Facebook until they have been signed off and approved.
3) Once you have received the folder back with the MWR Director's initials and dated, please bring folder to the Marketing Department to initiate release of marketing information.
4) Once the program/event is completed the AFTER ACTION REPORT must be completed for all programs/events. The After Action Report must be returned to marketing via e-mail within 5 working days with the MWR Director copied on the e-mail.
