MWR is hosting the annual Spooktober, Haunted Clinic, and Trunk-or-Treat event, and we need your help to make it a haunting success! Whether you want to showcase your makeup skills, play a spooky character, assist with event logistics, or decorate a trunk to hand out treats, there is a place for you.
Event Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026

?? Volunteer Opportunities: Spooktober & Haunted Clinic
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to bring our Haunted Clinic to life. Please review the shifts below and sign up for the role that fits you best:
Shift Time Volunteer Role Description
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Make-Up Artists Help transform our volunteers into ghouls and monsters.
5:30 PM – 9:00 PM Character Actors Populate the Haunted Clinic and deliver the scares!
Flexible (Pre/Post Event) Setup & Takedown Assist with decorating before the event and cleaning up afterward.
?? Trunk-or-Treat Competitors Wanted! (Click HERE for flyer)
Show off your creativity and compete for excellent prizes! MWR invites all patrons to decorate a vehicle trunk or a booth and hand out treats to our community's families.
Time: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Requirements: Participants must provide their own trunk/booth and supply individually wrapped candies or goodies to give away.
?? Prizes: Trophies and bragging rights will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place best-decorated trunks!
