New Year New You 5K Challenge

Registration: 7:30 AM or at the Fitness Center before January 16, 2026
Location: Chapel Parking Lot
Six stations will be along the running route to be completed at designated station:
10 Squats
10 Push-Ups
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
20 Kicks (10 each leg)
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Triceps Push-ups
