New Year, New You 6 Week Fitness Challenge

This challenge is focused on helping our Active Duty excel at the upcoming PT test scores, applying fitness principles to get stronger, leaner & have more energy!

• Progressive weight training workouts

• Progressive PT elements training (cardio, push-ups, plank)

• Progressive cardio training

· Participants will provide their starting weight and measurements to a Personal Trainer via the confidential form on the link above.

· Workout videos will be posted on the MWR Corpus Christi Facebook Page Monday & Thursday by 0500.   On Friday follow us for a Facebook live video at 1200.

· Daily Posted Workouts on Facebook

· Each Saturday, participants will submit their weight and measurements by via the registration form they registered on to track progress.

· An MWR certified trainer will follow-up with each of your status updates to ensure you stay on track!

· Top 3 Finishers (averaged most weight loss/inches lost relative to total body weight) will earn a prize.

Open to ALL MWR PATRONS with use of alternate gym during HPCON-CHARLIE
